I began my real estate journey in 2013 when I purchased my first “add value” multi-family investment which paved the way for me to work full-time as an independent agent in 2016. Today, I’m the Founder of The Stawasz Group, a growing team of top-producing sales agents with 100% sold to list price focusing on resale, new construction, and development in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs including South Jersey. In 2020, I was named the #1 independent agent for sales volume at Keller Williams Philly, the largest office in the city. My goal is to be my clients’ one-stop shop for selling, buying, and investing in real estate.
