About Ryan Stickler

With over 13 years of work experience in the data center industry and 6 years of military experience, I am a project manager with a passion for delivering critical infrastructure solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. I have a domain expertise in data center commissioning, which enables me to oversee the entire lifecycle of complex and multi-million dollar projects across the United States, working almost exclusively with hyperscale clients. I am driven by the mission of providing innovative and sustainable solutions that support the digital transformation and growth of our clients and partners. As a project manager at Iconicx Critical Solutions, I am responsible for all budgetary and manpower concerns on multiple projects, as well as coordinating personnel rotations and ensuring all deliverables are accounted for. I also perform 3rd party commissioning, which validates that all systems tested meet the design intent of the customer according to various codes and specifications. I leverage my skills in project management and and an extensive technical commissioning background to ensure the smooth and successful completion of each project, while also collaborating with the QC/QA team, trade partners, and other stakeholders. I take pride in my ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and lead a team of commissioning agents of various skills and experience levels.
