About Ryan Stippler

As Vice President of Business Development, I leverage my experience in the travel and technology sectors to deliver sustainability solutions and a superior customer experience at Bayer's Ecosystem Services business. I am a results-driven leader with an MBA and a passion for developing teams and partnerships that drive strategic initiatives and deliver value to the organization and its stakeholders. Some of my recent achievements include leading the operational and technical integration of global partnerships, transforming the customer journey by introducing partner airline seat selection, flight status, and mobile boarding passes to the United app, and managing a $100 million real estate portfolio of airport and office building leases around the world, reducing airport rent by more than $10 million through contract negotiation and efficient space utilization. I also advanced a new $20 million ancillary revenue initiative through analysis, design, and implementation in coordination with a wide array of commercial and technology stakeholders. In my personal time, I enjoy traveling (I have been to all seven continents, including Antarctica!), experiencing cultures through food, and working on home improvement projects. I am always excited about opportunities where I can build something from the ground up or overhaul existing products/processes, see direct results from my work, and have fun doing it.
