I also rebuilt the company's three-statement operating model, established sensitivity guidelines for various e-commerce experiments, and quantified and prioritized product initiatives and e-commerce experiments.Prior to Rocket Lawyer, I was a Finance Manager - Consolidations at 2K Games, where I conducted an Anaplan implementation for the company's $200M+ Marketing Department, established strategic business segmentations, and produced the first IRR/ROI analysis template for the company's $2B+ asset portfolio.As a Manager FP & A at EasyPost, I refocused spending and strategic initiatives, leading to a ($5.7M) reduction in monthly operational cash burn, being cash flow positive, and change to EBITDA positive for API operations by May-20.
