About Ryan Taillieu

I'm a person which can quickly learn new things. This ability paired with hard work and determination has made me a highly adaptable person. I have also found that I am able to critical think while under duress; as I have performed to the best of my abilities while in the ER trauma room on many occasions. I am a team player which is passionate about equality in and out of the workplace. When approached with an problematic issue I have found that its best to follow the axiom "First seek to understand, then be understood". I like applying age old wisdom with modern logic it tends to provide better results. When it comes to leadership; I have found that it is better at times to plant seeds and work from the sidelines than to be at the vanguard. As a leader though you should always lead by example and learn through humility.
