I’ve spent my career being the person who gets it done — even when it wasn’t “my job.” In one of the toughest, most unstable and least consistent environments, I took ownership across sales, finance, service, and operations to keep clients taken care of and the business running. My roles have spanned Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, and Finance Manager — leading teams, funding deals, and delivering results while also stepping in to handle service and operational gaps. That drive to raise the bar and create seamless experiences made me the go-to problem solver, and it also reinforced something important: when high standards aren’t fully supported, they can become stretched instead of maximized. I’ve proven that I can thrive under pressure, lead by example, and deliver five-star results without excuses. Now, I’m looking for an organization that doesn’t just rely on that ability, but recognizes it, rewards it, and channels it into leadership and growth.
