About Ryan Tavera

My experience as an AVID tutor at Santa High School, where I am responsible for managing students and providing aid in courses such as algebra, physics, trigonometry, and calculus. In addition, I have worked in parks and recreation, where I promoted relationships with the general public and engaged in community outreach while managing conflicts and coordinating special events and programs. Furthermore, regarding engineering-related projects, I have utilized software such as SolidWorks to design bearing housing for the Society of Automotive Engineers and our baja vehicle which will reach competition. Also having experience machining and designing parts in the lab in collaboration with teammates and project leads to ensure projects were finished on time. Overall, I have gained valuable experience in multiple industries and developed skills in leadership, project management, and technical expertise.
