As a Consultant II, I specialize in driving strategic transformation and operational excellence across complex healthcare systems. My recent work spans utilization management redesign, hospital service line strategy, and oncology infusion revenue integrity—each project delivering measurable value and insights to stakeholders at all levels. On a UM redesign project, I led the development of performance dashboards, staffing models, and statistical analyses that informed executive decisions and reduced payor denials stemming from inaccurate and untimely utilization review. I was trusted to present findings to key stakeholders, create tools for ongoing refinement, and even educate individuals 1-on-1 on dashboard use. At the same hospital system, I helped shape service line strategies through financial modeling, market analysis, and capacity planning—producing deliverables reviewed by C-suite leadership to guide competitive positioning through 2030. Most recently, on an oncology infusion HOD conversion, I built revenue baseline models for three infusion departments and created a revenue monitoring tool to account for over $150M in charges to be reviewed for accuracy following the conversion. I served as the key point of contact for medication charge integrity—enabling stakeholders to resolve post-conversion issues.
