With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to improve the access and quality of healthcare services for diverse and underserved populations. As the Director of Operations at Elevance Health, I oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of a growing organization that provides innovative solutions for care coordination, patient engagement, claims adjudication, and data analytics. I work with a cross-functional team of clinicians, engineers, analysts, and business partners to ensure health care members receive appropriate care. In addition, I serve as the Vice President of the Board of Directors at the Youth Law Center, a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights and well-being of children and youth in the foster care and juvenile justice systems. I contribute to the strategic vision, governance, and fundraising of the organization, and collaborate with other board members, staff, and stakeholders to advance its mission and goals. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people who face health and social challenges, and to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new ideas, and collaborate with others who share my passion for healthcare innovation and social justice.
