About Ryan Tran

As a former Shift Lead at Aicha (formerly Ding Tea Mission Viejo) I managed a team of baristas and cashiers, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. I also handled cash transactions, inventory, and sanitation. I leveraged my cashiering and coaching skills, which I developed from my previous role as a Tennis Coach for three years. I have earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Management at UC Irvine, where I learned about human behavior, motivation, and leadership. I am passionate about applying my interpersonal skills and psychological knowledge to help people and organizations thrive. I am currently working as an HR Assistant/Recruiter at Cosmo Kitchen Products and pursuing a SHRM-CP certification this year. My goal is to further my career on the business side in the field of Human Resources, and to contribute to the well-being and development of businesses and communities.
