I worked with multinational teams to coordinate content, design, and the publication of web pages, blogs, white papers, and press releases. At the end of my 15-month work term, my team and I had successfully launched multiple international websites and strengthened Geotab's global SEO positioning. In 2022, while completing the last year of my undergraduate degree, I was a Teaching Assistant for a 1st year Organizational Behaviour class. In 2023, I became a Research Assistant studying fear and its relation to personal and professional growth, skill acquisition, and the building of a healthy self-identity and purpose. Turn 2024, I became a Teaching Assistant for a 4th year International Business class and was actively involved in preparing the soon-to-be-graduates in achieving their professional aspirations. In 2023, the final semester of my business undergraduate degree, I completed the Leadership Development program at McMaster University. This was a transformational journey consisting of 9 projects focused on developing individuals both personally and professionally as a leader. Creating a comprehensive action plan, leading class exercises, and delivering a "Ted-Talk" style presentation in front of business professionals were among the most life-changing moments throughout the course which helped shape me into the person I am today.
