About Ryan Treml

I am currently a member of the leadership team within Digital Transformation. I am focused on delivering on our enterprise transformation through the Optimization Factory. I partner with internal business leaders, technology specialists, and outside vendors to develop and execute on a strategic digital optimization plan. I oversee a portfolio of work, managing several cross functional teams that targets high impact opportunities and deliver bottom line results. My 16-year career has been spent in Finance, Continuous Improvement and now Digital Transformation. Within Finance I had several different analyst roles supporting internal business leaders with routine reporting and analysis, ad-hoc deep dive analysis, and forward-looking planning and forecasting. After 7 years within Finance, I made the decision to join the newly created Continuous Improvement team, partnering with external consultants to bring CI to Allstate. I initially planned for this to be a short-term development opportunity that would lead back to Finance but found the work to both meaningful and challenging. During my time on the CI team, I continually progressed in my roles, eventually leading the entire CI program. In my time as the CI Director, I have overseen the strategic shift of CI from a deployment organization to a consulting organization focused on expert problem solving and value realization. Most recently I have taken on the role of Digital Transformation Director, leading Agile teams within our Optimization Factory, within this role I work with the business leaders to develop and execute on a their digital strategies with a heavy focus on process optimization, automation and elimination. I am a team focused, collaborative leader who enjoys tackling complex problems and working through ambiguity. I pride myself on being strategic and forward looking while also bringing a common sense and logical approach to the work. As I continue my career, I will be looking for opportunities to grow and develop myself and others, collaborate with peers and business partners, and tackle meaningful and high-impact work.
