I believe that a person's actions speaks louder than words about their personality and that in order to achieve goals everyone must take action and work harder in order to turn their dreams into a reality. My short term goal is to get fully established and well trained for future careers before I leave the state of Mississippi in pursuit of better opportunities. With my first job I am able to learn about the requirements and expectations of the career world and I look at it as a training tool in advancing myself in the process of the rules, regulations, process, procedure, and the proper etiquette it takes in advancing me in the career process.
