About Ryan Tyrell

I am a highly experienced SR Engineer and Manager with over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Throughout my career, I have planned and implemented 911 network infrastructure, performed network QA tests, executed system analysis, and troubleshooting to resolve outages in the network. I have also monitored network performance regularly to improve functionality and performance. One of my core strengths is my ability to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational systems and process/policies to support organizational mission. I have played a significant role in long-term strategic plans towards operational excellence by developing long-range forecasts, maintaining long-range financial plans, and implementing organizational strategies and policies. I have also supervised and coached technicians daily, which has contributed to their professional growth and development. In addition to my work as an SR Engineer and Manager, I have also worked as a Project Manager, Technician, and Network Services. During this time, I identified resources and requirements, assigned responsibilities, and coordinated with project staff to ensure the successful completion of the project. I acted as a link between clients and the workforce, reviewed work on clients' behalf, and provided them with regular reports. I also solved customer issues and provided training/instruction to users. My skills include leadership, critical thinking, computer/technology, and responsibility. I am highly proficient in 5ESS and DMS100, and my integrity and honesty are highly valued by my colleagues and clients. I have a Telecommunications degree from NWKTS and a General Studies degree from Greeley County High School.
