About Ryan Vondra

Currently, I am an employee of the State of New Jersey as a social worker under the Division of Children Protection and Permanency. I've worked in a multitude of roles within the agency, where I have been for over twelve years. During my time with the Division, I've successfully united well over one-hundred children with their families, as well as served as an ambassador for the Division in family court, where I routinely testify at integral family trials. I not only strive to connect the families i'm assigned to with appropriate services, but to also delve deeper and forge a trusting relationship with each and every individual I serve in order to identify the family's individualized needs so that lasting changes can occur and recidivism can be mitigated. I pride myself in my ability to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life and serve as a positive representative for an agency with an otherwise negative reputation. During my time with the agency, my dedication and hard work has earned recognition from the numerous services providers, attorney generals, and judges in which i've interacted with. Currently, I am looking to leverage my numerous skills in a new industry, where I could provide my honed interpersonal and literacy skills to help them in achieving their goals.
