Currently, I manage the Starbucks Connect Support program, overseeing technology operations for thousands of licensed stores, and managing a team of 100+ global technologists. I specialize in streamlining support structures, improving incident response times, and fostering cross-functional relationships that drive efficiency and innovation. My expertise spans technology consulting, vendor relationship management, and change advisory, with hands-on experience across platforms like ServiceNow, Windows, SAP Fieldglass, and Splunk. Beyond my professional endeavors, I take pride in mentoring future technology professionals and coaching youth sports, where I instill teamwork, resilience, and character. I am honored to have received multiple acknowledgments for my contributions, including the Spirit of Starbucks Award for work done for the Empire State Building, and Compass’ Dream Big Award for work done to stand up the West Coast Engineering Hub.
