Dedicated education professional with over a decade of experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE), currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with a STEM focus. As a CTE PLC Lead, Accounting/Finance Instructor, and Career Prep Coordinator, I blend my passion for education with my background in business to prepare students for success in the modern workforce. My expertise lies in developing innovative curricula, implementing data-driven instructional strategies, and fostering collaborative learning environments. I've spearheaded initiatives that aim to measurably improve student performance, including a writing-focused approach that boosted STAAR English I & II scores across our CTE program. Beyond the classroom, I bring a unique perspective from my experience as an entrepreneur, having successfully managed my own photography business since 2012. This dual background in education and business has honed my skills in project management, stakeholder communication, and regulatory compliance. As I complete my master's degree, I'm excited to explore opportunities in school administration, HR, and compliance roles. I'm particularly interested in positions that allow me to leverage my leadership experience and passion for education to drive organizational excellence and student success. Currently based in Dallas, I'm open to opportunities in both the Dallas metro area and Washington D.C.
