Experienced all-rounded Fund Manager of Japan Logistic Development Funds at ESR Group (one of the largest real estate investment managers in Asia-Pacific). Over a decade of experience in the real estate investment industry, with a strong focus on logistics properties in Japan. Oversee the portfolio management, fund administration, and investor relations of the funds under my management. Achieved outperformance in terms of funds’ returns, as well as enhanced the value and performance of the assets through active management and optimization strategies. Skilled in Negotiation, Feasibility Studies, Facility Management, Asset Management, and Market Research, and I hold the CFA Charter, CAIA Charter and the CMFAS Modules 3 and 6 certifications. Strong finance professional graduated from National University of Singapore with a B.Sc in Real Estate. My mission is to deliver sustainable and attractive returns for our investors and partners, while contributing to the development and growth of the logistics sector in Japan.
