About Ryan Weibel

As an IT Leader at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, I have more than seven years of experience in managing complex IT projects and products, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform. I am a certified product manager (CPM) and a pragmatic marketing certified (PMC) professional, with a strong background in management information systems and computer support. I have successfully led and delivered multiple transformation initiatives, migrating legacy IT products into a single cloud-based platform serving thousands of end users. I have also built and operated the Demand Governance Board, a cross-functional body that oversees the intake, analysis, prioritization, and decision-making for changes and enhancements to the tooling. I apply a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and problems, and advocate for business needs across the product lines. I work with business leadership to proactively identify opportunities for new or expanded product/service alternatives, functionality enhancements, and/or other modifications to improve user satisfaction and efficiency.
