About Ryan Welch

Having spent 3 years in various roles within Agon Systems, I am now responsible for ensuring that our National Account Customers using our revolutionary Concept Tag receive all the support that they require during either, the trial or roll out phase. I also have responsibility for visiting trial stores and providing reports back to our retail clients, ensuring that stores are following the guidelines set for the trial and to help maximise the results of these trials. Following completion of a successful trial period, I then provide onsite training and advice to individual stores following installation in the roll out phase. This then allows them to gain the maximum reduction possible from external theft. Concept Tag is a market leading product utilised by many of the worlds most recognised retailers, whom have all seen reductions in loss, through external theft, in excess of 50%! Some of the brands we are currently working with include: JD Sports, River Island, Footasylum, Matalan, Finish Line, Big W, All Saints and Superdry to name a few.
