With roots in U.S. Navy nuclear operations and a decade of critical care nursing and leadership, I fuse operational rigor, clinical expertise, and data science to design systems that save lives when minutes matter. My journey spans launching a neurological ICU, standardizing patient flow across 12 hospitals, and leading high-reliability teams where every second counts. Today, I serve as an Integration & Optimization Manager in a Transfer Center, orchestrating the movement of critically ill patients between facilities using process engineering, predictive analytics, and clinical decision support. I hold an MSN in Nursing Informatics and thrive at the intersection of clinical need and technical innovation—acting as a “translator” between front-line teams and the systems built to support them. Beyond healthcare operations, I create digital education platforms, lead online communities, and produce content that makes complex ideas actionable—across clinical leadership, biblical studies, and systems thinking.
