I have 22 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical profession in various fields; namely the courier, retail, quality assurance, warehousing and medical insurance sectors. I am currently the Production manager for a courier pharmacy in Cape Town. I have been with this company for the past 12 years. I manage a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacist Assistants in the assembly, quality assurance and distribution of patient parcels. Staff compliment of 77 people. The function of this position requires sound knowledge of data interpretation using Microsoft Excel; the monitoring, implementing and maintenance of processes and procedures. The position requires attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, interpersonal skills and professional integrity. All of which I pride myself on and have worked continuously to improve.
