Over the past year and a half, I have shaped the Complex Care Program at Active Care, collaborating with Interior Health to manage and develop this vital service. My role demanded strategic policy-making and effective team supervision, ensuring that our programs deliver high-quality care and support. These experiences have honed my abilities in conflict resolution and problem-solving, crucial skills that I continue to apply in my current position to ensure staff well-being and the highest standard of crisis intervention.
