About Ryan Wiener

12 years at the intersection of corporate sustainability, government policy, and NGO engagement. I have built a track record in managing reputation risk, resolving conflicts, and turning adversarial relationships into productive partnerships. At Halcyon Agri, I led strategic sustainability initiatives for the world's largest natural rubber supplier, comprising employees across hectares of plantations in West Africa and Southeast Asia, advancing the sustainability of the supply chain from farm to end user. I have consistently delivered impactful strategies that address stakeholder concerns while upholding corporate objectives, including collaborating with EU regulators on deforestation-free supply chain policies, and leading initiatives with NGOs and civil society networks. My focus inlcudes ESG and climate risk, social impact, waste management, ESG finance, climate and decarbonisation strategy, voluntary carbon credits, policy implementation, circular strategies, and sustainable supply chains.
