With a background in endurance sports, public service, international education, coaching, and learning design, I’ve led complex initiatives, built human-centered systems, and guided people through moments of real change. I blend Agile methodology with a coaching mindset to help individuals and teams respond, iterate, and evolve—without losing sight of the people at the center.
