With a decade of leadership in social impact, I specialize in driving strategy, strengthening organizational capacity, and enhancing impact frameworks across nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies. As a financial consultant, I advise nonprofit clients on both immediate and long-term financial strategies, using detailed program and financial data (audits, Form 990s, cash flow projections, theory of change, strategic plans, etc.) to assess operational needs, optimize financial infrastructure, and ensure mission-aligned resource allocation. As a coach, I partner with leaders to shift mindsets from scarcity to abundance, helping to leverage their inherent skills and strengths. My expertise extends to stakeholder engagement, managing grant administration, overseeing proposal reviews, and ensuring compliance, while using robust monitoring and evaluation methods to measure the impact and effectivess of programs. I bring technical proficiency in developing financial models, such as multi-year budget projections, costing tools, scenario plans, cash flow projections and capitalization plans to align financial resources with organizational goals. At the philanthropic level, I champion systems change, collaborating with foundations and intermediaries to foster equitable grantmaking, program-related investments, and enhanced grantee engagement. I’ve facilitated cohort-based initiatives, communities of practice, and have led training sessions for program officers on financial due diligence, with a focus on embedding restorative principles.
