As Director of Chaplaincy, Spiritual Care, and Volunteer Services for a multi-hospital system, I bring over a decade of experience supporting patients, families, and staff through life’s most vulnerable moments. My work integrates palliative and end-of-life care, leadership development, and community engagement. I have overseen chaplaincy teams across multiple hospitals, guided staff through critical incidents, and built systems that ensure compassionate, inclusive spiritual care in diverse healthcare settings. Alongside my clinical and leadership experience, I bring a background in public speaking, higher education, and live event production—skills that help me communicate clearly, build trust, and mentor future leaders. I’m passionate about developing people and systems that foster resilience, compassion, and meaning. My approach blends interpersonal communication with psycho-spiritual and anthropological research to elevate both individual growth and organizational culture.
