About Ryan Worm

I am a perfectionist who always drives to perform every task to the best of my abilities. Anything less than my best is unacceptable. I also believe that the small details are very important in many situations. A strong curiosity about the world around me drives me gain as much knowledge as possible about any situation that I encounter. My ability to empathize with others allows me to comfortably communicate with them, regardless of their profession. This also drives me to help others whenever possible. Attempting to derive solutions to technical problems, instead of purely memorizing them, has allowed me to achieve technical success in my life. By deriving solutions, one generates the thought process that allows unique challenges to be conquered in the future. I am also someone who thinks very logically and analytically about any situation. All of these traits create a unique person who is not afraid to make decisions that differ form others around me. They also drive me to be a leader in any situation, as being someone who can be relied on is a situation that I enjoy and thrive in.
