In my previous role I was directly responsible for meeting customers and businesses demands for goods and services in an ever-changing landscape, which required analysis of sale trends and use of social media tools to stay abreast of the market. I was also responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals set forth by upper management, customer retention and growth, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels while reducing shrinkage. Upper management also tasked me with hiring and training employees and managers, as well as improving inventory management across other company stores. My previous role has shown me that my true passion lies within the marketing field which is why I decided to leave Lacrosse Unlimited and commit myself full time to securing a professional marketing opportunity. Even though I am seeking an entry level position I believe my strong work ethic, wiliness to learn, and past experience will enable me to immediately contribute in this role.
