I pride myself on tackling challenges with an open mind and exploring all avenues at solving problems. I feel comfortable stepping into a variety of industries or settings and developing the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Athletic Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I have experience working with athletes and clients of all levels, from youth to to professional sport. As an Athletic Therapist I believe in the importance of exercise rehabilitation, and being with athletes from injury evaluation to return to play. I rely heavily on creative and specialized workout designs to ensure all areas of rehabilitation are accounted for, and athletes can transition seamlessly back to sport. Currently there are too many gaps missed in rehab and exercise, leaving low hanging fruit that can be easily grabbed through thoughtful program design. These can greatly improve the performance or quality of life of your clients.
