About Ryan Young

With ten years’ experience in Wisconsin, my specific interests lie in managing and reconciling client accounts, as well as assisting clients with concerns and questions in order that they continue to have a positive experience with the company. I am strong in the areas of account collections, customer service and organization. I have personally collected on accounts that no one had received payment on in over a year, maintained high volumes of payment postings, and serviced both doctors and patients in understanding both ends of their collection needs. Naturally hard working, energetic and assertive, I feel I have the qualifications and passion necessary for working successfully as an accounting professional. As school board treasurer, I have overseen the hiring of staff members for Grace Christian Academy which provides K3 through high school education. I helped to create and regulate the wages and salaries of staff members and teachers at the school. I attended state meetings and helped achieve School Choice status for the school, which now provides state funding for inner-city, low-income families who wish to send their children to private school. I’ve also worked with families to set up customized payment plans outside of traditional ones in order for each family to be able to pay tuition on a schedule that works best for them, but also meets timeline requirements. Working closely with the Parent-Teacher Organization I helped with the annual dinner auction which raised to help keep tuition rates low and reasonable for families. I create and implement customized payment methods for our students who aren’t able to make traditional payment deadlines.
