My role includes supporting clients with any fund or mortgage-related needs, along with maintaining strong client relationships for French and English-speaking clients across Canada. Key responsibilities include achieving monthly targets for the bank, all while ensuring clients have a seamless experience by playing an advisory role to address any needs and offering tailored solutions. My educational background came from Carleton University, where I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Minor in Business. I have developed a strong foundation in problem-solving scenarios and possess a vast skill-set using modern tools & technologies to help make tasks more efficient. My goal is to bridge technology with the business/sales side of the organization, all while providing the client-facing role to deliver the highest quality solutions for our clients and the organization.
