About Ryan Zeppa

I am a highly-motivated and experienced I.T. professional looking to further develop my knowledge of Networking, Managed Services, Cloud Services & SaaS. With my experience as a Technical Support Analyst and taking on a Team Lead role, combined with years of customer service experience I aim to provide exceptional customer service to end-users and businesses alike. On a daily basis, I utilize my critical-thinking skills in order to troubleshoot and resolve many software bugs and reported issues from users. I have also obtained experience in programming and web development, with exposure to HTML, CSS, Python, Javascript, Java, C#, C++. Using my knowledge of programming which I've gained throughout my studies, I typically find opportunities in my free time to practice and learn more and further my skills in software development. I have recently found great interest in User-Experience (UX) Design which has enabled me to have a more keen-eye towards the best design practices to accommodate user needs. In my spare time, I enjoy photography and filmmaking as a hobby with great interest in both landscape and portrait style work.
