About Ryann Hilton

With over 15 years of experience in eating disorder treatment, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to recovery while providing essential resources to families. As the founder of NourishRX, I lead a team of 17 dietitians who offer virtual eating disorder nutrition counseling across 23 states. Together, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers clients to achieve lasting, sustainable recovery. My clinical background includes serving as the Pediatric and Adolescent Outpatient Dietitian at North Shore Medical Center (NSMC) and MassGeneral Hospital for Children, as well as providing individual and corporate nutrition counseling at the award winning Beverly Athletic Club. I have also educated clinicians, counselors, and educators on recognizing and treating eating disorders and enhancing multidisciplinary care teams. I hold a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Simmons College and am certified as an Eating Disorder Specialist - Consultant (CEDS-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. My mission is to equip clients with the tools and support they need to heal their relationship with food and body, reclaiming their health and well-being.
