About Rydr Strobl

I utilize my adaptability & problem-solving ability to be an effective engineer-in-training. My keen eye for detail gives me an excellent mechanical design ability & the capability to deliver consistently superior work. I pride myself on my communication & interpersonal expertise to be an effective leader & a knowledgeable resource for my clients I spent the past six years completing my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria. During that time I took part in the co-op program where I had the opportunity to work with the Canadian Coast Guard and Terratech Consulting to gain experience with working in an engineering environment. Over the course of my education I have found that I have a passion for project management, mechanical design, team management, working on research topics, and material sciences. I worked in the restaurant industry while I was going to school and there I honed my communication skills, learned how to be adaptable, excel in high pressure environments, and improved my ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.
