About Ryker Tracy

I am a scientist with a dual interest in applied geology and AI solutions to solve everyday, non-geoscience problems. In my current role as a geoscientist, I contribute to government subsurface projects where I’ve applied machine learning methods to analyze geological data and improve modeling/operational outcomes. This experience has given me the opportunity to integrate advanced analytics into traditional workflows, bridging scientific expertise with modern computational approaches. In addition to my professional work, I actively build and share ML/AI projects on GitHub, ranging from predictive modeling to language model applications. These projects reflect my commitment to deepening technical expertise and applying AI creatively to real-world challenges. I’ve worked with neural networks, natural language processing, and exploratory agentic AI systems—each reinforcing my ability to move from concept to implementation. What sets me apart is the combination of domain rigor (earth science, data analysis, problem-solving) and technical fluency (applied ML/AI in both professional and independent contexts). I am motivated by opportunities to expand this intersection—whether in industry or beyond—using AI as a practical tool for solving complex and everyday problems alike.
