About Rylee Buettner

As a former educator turned Ophthalmic Assistant, I've built my career on a foundation of communication, empathy, and the drive to make a difference. My transition from the classroom to the clinic came from a passion for healthcare- particularly in the field of eye care, with an emphasis in Glaucoma where I've had the opportunity to support patients and providers in delivering essential vision care. Working closely with Ophthalmologists and patients has given me a deep understanding of the clinical side of Ophthalmology- from diagnostics and procedures to surgical treatment and patient education. It has also shown me the powerful role pharmaceutical innovation plays in improving outcomes and quality of life. I'm looking to bring my clinical experience and educational background into the world of Ophthalmic Pharmaceutical sales. I'm driven to represent products that matter, collaborate with professionals across the industry, and continue learning and growing in this next chapter of my career. I'm excited to bring my adaptability, empathy, and drive into the industry, and I am open to connecting with professionals in pharmaceutical or medical device sales to continuously expand my knowledge and explore new opportunities.
