Background

About Rylee Ford

With over 10 years of diverse administrative experience across different sectors, I have developed extensive skills in small to medium business management, human resources and most recently, governance. As the Executive Officer at Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation, I provide high-level secretariat support to the CEO, Chairperson, and Board of Directors leading a large community-controlled health organisation in the North East Arnhem Region of the Northern Territory. I am passionate about advancing the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and I facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Board, the CEO, and staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. In previous roles, I have also contributed to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, supporting the performance and development of our workforce. I am always eager to learn and grow, and I am currently pursuing diplomas in human resource management and leadership and management.
