About Rylee McConnell

Rylee recently relocated back to the Fraser Valley after five years in the Denver Metro area. As a Fraser native, she’s witnessed a great transformation of our mountain town and loves that we’ve retained our small-town feel. Having grown up here, gives Rylee in-depth knowledge of Grand County from neighborhoods to secret stash trails. Her attention to detail, marketing savvy and extensive knowledge of our most desirable and upcoming neighborhoods make her an invaluable partner. She has a passion for building community and thrives in establishing long term relationships with clientele; the more friends to ski with the better! In Grand County’s competitive market, she serves as her clients’ trusted advisor and puts her negotiation skills to work to help achieve their goals. When she’s not finding dream homes for friends, she enjoys skiing, coaching ski racing and soccer, renovating/flipping homes, and enjoying a good cup of coffee at a local coffee shop.
