About Rylee Pohlman

Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and problem-solving, I am an interior design and construction management student at Kent State University with a diverse background spanning multiple facets of the industry. Currently, I work as a Project Management Assistant for Reserve Millwork, a custom architectural millwork company, where I contribute to projects by coordinating details, managing timelines, and ensuring precision in execution. My experience extends across residential and commercial design, estimating, and hands-on fabrication. I have worked as a residential interior designer, multifamily designer and estimator, MRO estimator, residential and commercial showroom associate, and even a cabinet builder and designer. Additionally, my background includes agricultural and livestock farming. With a skill set that includes interior design, project management, millwork and cabinetry design, estimating, showroom sales, and agricultural knowledge, I bring a well-rounded, adaptable approach to every project. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where creativity, functionality, and strategic planning come together to create meaningful spaces.
