As the owner of a successful salon in Boise for the past four years, I have demonstrated strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills by opening and growing my business during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic. My journey in the beauty industry has been marked by dedication, resilience, and a passion for providing exceptional services to my clients. In addition to managing my salon, I pursued higher education at the College of Western Idaho, where I earned an A.A. degree in Criminal Justice. I continued my academic journey at Boise State University, obtaining a B.S. in Social Science. These academic achievements have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a unique perspective on both business and community relations. Beyond my work in the beauty industry, I am deeply committed to social causes. I work as a Crisis Hotline Case Manager for a Human Trafficking Nonprofit, providing critical support and assistance to individuals in need. This role has enriched my understanding of crisis intervention and has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to an important cause. Balancing the demands of running a business, pursuing higher education, and working in the nonprofit and crisis sector has honed my ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectively. My leadership style is collaborative and client-focused, ensuring that my team and I consistently deliver high-quality experiences.
