I’m Rylie Weimer, a recent graduate from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an emphasis in Management, and certificates in Human Resources and Multicultural Studies. I’m passionate about integrating strategic management with a strong focus on sustainability, inclusion, and employee well-being. During my time at Mizzou, I served as a Human Resources Intern at Love Columbia, where I helped implement Recovery Friendly Workplace policies and supported organizational sustainability initiatives. I also worked as the Logistics Manager for Late Night Mizzou, where I led event coordination efforts and boosted audience engagement by 50% through targeted social media content strategies. Previously, as the Business Manager at Camp Cedarledge Girl Scout Summer Camp, I oversaw budget tracking, camp store sales, and high-volume communications with parents—further developing my operational, financial, and people management skills. In addition to these roles, my background spans customer service, education, and volunteer leadership, giving me the adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
