I got some skill from them •project manage •Data management •Reporting skill •Business training for newbies I’ve worked on HIS travel company and I was experienced 3 department. 1st sales department at store. 2nd I was joining online web department and I’ve flight ticketing, customer support, 3rd I was in charge of planning for Malaysia and Singapore products. Made a product by negotiating prices with airlines and local hotels, and trying whether or not I could give a some great benefit to the customer. And joined Agoda next- responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding accommodation bookings - communicating with customer through various channels such as chat / e-mail / call - communicating with team members about cases to give customers outcome promptly - negotiating with our partner to processing customers' orders and requests - Time managing to handle a few cases at the same time - maintain a positive attitude towards both customers and partners to receive high satisfaction from both of them -help customer via phone with remote trouble shooting skill
