I am passionate about helping clients enhance their value creation and competitive advantage. As a Managing Director and Senior Partner, I am also a core member of our Technology, Media & Telecom Practice and have lead BCG's global Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice until August 2023. From May 2024, I become a AP People Chair of BCG. People has always been my passion. Given the changing business environment, I am so excited about taking this new leadership role. My experience covers a broad range of topics, including growth strategy, innovation, scenario planning and business transformations. Prior to joining BCG, I worked as a country officer for projects in North Africa at Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and as a loan officer for projects in Africa at Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund (OECF). I hold an MA in economics from Kyoto University in addition to an MBA and MS in international risk management from HEC School of Management, Paris.
