Engaged in planning operations at a major electronics manufacturer, including the creation of annual budgets and mid-term management plans, introduction of business portfolio monitoring methods, management of business strategy meetings, and the design and launch of new organizations for expanding service businesses. Since 2018, as part of a presidential special project, involved in launching a new business to streamline maintenance operations using machine learning. Led activities such as business planning, customer targeting and solution sales, product planning, marketing (including web), organizing the scope of intellectual property rights, promotion of proof of concept (PoC), implementation of production systems (SI), creation of pricing models, drafting of contracts, negotiations with customers regarding contract terms, and post-delivery maintenance support. Achieved annual sales exceeding 100 million yen in FY2022. Strengths include the ability to structure issues, data analysis skills, the ability to create stories and materials to persuade key persons, the ability to explain according to the understanding level and position of the counterpart, cross-organizational team management skills, and project management skills for both short- and mid-term spans.
