As Chief Executive of L&T Case at their pithampur factory, operations were directly supervised and also ensured introduction of new models of the Jv partner as well as through indigenous development. Been responsible for "operation Parivarthan"to effect change management in the whole factory During the service at L&T and L&T Komatsu was responsible for quality, materials, production and overall management. All through the career at L&T, was in the panel for recruitment of engineering graduates. Earlier in the service at IIT,started metal joining section. Handled classes for post graduate students and also guided master and doctoral students. Also involved in industrial consultancy. As Director of operations at Quality Evaluation and Systems Team, controlled second and third party quality operations in factories of heavy and medium industries and field operations in power and steel sectors. Presently focusing on process, technology and risk management areas in engineering enterprises. Actively involved in start ups, through selective intervention at various stages of incubator and accelerator. Co founder of Ipreneur accelerator under the banner of Info-pace Management company. Applying risk management concepts and practices in start up scene.
