Responsible for the Operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipments at STC Data Center. — Maintaining the site based on the recommended industry & Quality standards & Codes of practice- Managing facilities management teams- Mechanical maintenance of HVAC, lifts, Chillers, Pumps and generators & 3 main tank of Litre each- Managing a team of 24/7 technicians- Scheduling the Preventive maintenance, Making the Corrective maintenance procedures- Managing routine periodic Fire Safety checks- Coordinating essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, and vending- Responsible for all installation work form Service system inside substation (Lighting AC, DC System, Fire Alarm System, and Fire Fighting & (Ventilation Systems) till final stage of testing- Develop and maintain method of operating procedure (MOP),(EOP) Standard operating procedure (SOP), Emergency Operating procedure (EOP), preventive maintenance programs, and all technical documentation- Develop and deliver the regular engineering reports and ensure adherence to contracted deliverables including SLA's, AMC and warrantee management- Responsible for many equipments such as transformers, generators, switch gears, UPS, PDU, chillers, computer room air handling (CRAH) FCUs, Jockey pump, domestic pump, Fire system pump, chilled water pumps, fuel system pumps- Responsible for monitoring the building Fire Alarm System- Responsible for conducting periodic testing on Engine Generators without utility- Responsible for performing daily walk rounds, monitoring System (struXureware), and for clearing all critical and minor alarms on both equipment control panel and monitoring system workstation- Responsible for Switching and managing rotating equipments and maintaining the redundancy- Responsible for responding to unplanned events and emergency scenarios and Sustaining Data Center operation.
