Growing up, I was never really sure what I wanted to be, and even after graduating college, I didn’t have a great idea of where I’d be in 5 years. Still, I gained valuable experience in customer-facing roles, growing my communication skills as a Risk Specialist, where I consistently achieved 100% quality reviews. Fast forward to getting laid off, and worrying about my professional career; It was time for a change. That change is tech. I’m an aspiring tech professional looking to wield my past experiences in customer-facing roles and my knowledge of technology to start a fulfilling career in bringing SaaS to those who will benefit from it. I see it, I believe it - I can achieve it.
