I love to dig into complex problems and deliver strong results through simple and effective solutions that consider process, people & technology. To accomplish this, I focus on delivering key outcomes, building a human-centric strategy, collaborating on an E2E approach, and building strong teams for execution. Through the years, I have enjoyed a variety of roles & responsibilities ranging from Process Improvement, Organizational Design, Technology Delivery, Strategy & Roadmap Development and Reporting & Analytics among others. Irrespective of the deliverable, I continuously aspire to build a strong, equitable and inclusive culture. I am a life-long learner with a passion for discovering new ideas, & trying to apply them in my daily life; both personal and professional. Currently, I have completed my Master of Business Administration from DeGroote School of Business from McMaster University & a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Leaders & teams I have worked with acknowledge my dedication, resilience, creative mindset, problem solving, storytelling & adaptability. Personally, I am a father of twin girls who keep life very interesting & love experimenting with new recipes for them. Watching Sci-Fi, Cooking (or experimenting) & DIY projects are my core hobbies.
