Background

About Saadia H.

I lead complex SaaS and enterprise delivery in regulated, compliance-driven environments, where execution discipline matters as much as technical capability. With nearly a decade managing end-to-end initiatives across public sector, telecom, transportation, mining, and higher education, I turn high-stakes requirements into structured delivery plans teams can execute against, aligning technical, vendor, and business stakeholders from discovery through release. At Sodales Solutions, I run full project lifecycles using SAP Activate and works with teams across a global portfolio. I currently lead multiple AI-enabled projects, integrating AI into delivery practice from real-time meeting intelligence to AI-assisted artifacts and planning. What I’m known for: • Predictable delivery on parallel enterprise initiatives through structured planning, RAID, and milestone governance. • Strong track record where compliance, auditability, and data security are non-negotiable. • Leading Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid programs across internal teams and vendors. • Calm, clear execution when priorities or technical constraints shift. • Practical AI fluency in delivery, not as a buzzword, but as a layer that improves planning and decision-making.
